Warranty

Roysen commits to repairing footwear free of charge in case of significant defects that occurred due to manufacturer’s fault. The warranty period is 30 days from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper use of the product by the consumer:

In case of obvious mechanical damage (abrasions, cuts, burns, punctures, etc.);
In case of deformation due to improper wearing, use in weather conditions unsuitable for the shoe style, drying at high temperatures, as well as exposure to chemicals and other liquids;
Pairs after repair, except for heel tap replacement;
As a result of wearing shoes in the wrong season.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Wet shoes are not a reason for filing a complaint.
  • Claims regarding shoe quality will not be accepted if the rules of use, transportation, and storage of footwear were not followed, if the owner has a non-standard foot shape or size, or if the pair was incorrectly sized.
  • Possible coloring of insoles or lining is not considered a defect.
  • The warranty does not cover parts that require minor repairs, as well as insoles, laces, and heel taps (as they are replaceable parts). If the warranty period has expired or defects are found that resulted from the buyer’s violation of usage conditions, complaints regarding defects will not be considered!
