Returns and Exchanges

You can return purchased items within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed through the same method used for payment.

Return requirements:

• the item is new and unused;
• the item’s marketable condition and consumer properties are preserved (packaging is undamaged, all seals, films, and labels remain intact, and there are no mechanical damages, scratches, abrasions, bends, or creases).

After inspection by our managers, the refund will be transferred to your card.

Custom-made items are not eligible for exchange or return.
If the footwear does not fit or requires adjustments, we will modify or remake such pairs. Additional measurements may be required.
