- Delivery by “Nova Poshta” within 1-3 business days throughout Ukraine. Delivery cost is according to “Nova Poshta” rates.
- FREE delivery applies for orders of two or more pairs of shoes on a single receipt.
- Processing time for in-stock items is 1 to 3 days.
- For pre-orders placed for custom tailoring, a customer support manager will provide an estimated order completion date.

Average delivery time worldwide is 2-3 weeks.
Shipping cost is automatically calculated in the cart during checkout.
International shipments may be subject to mandatory customs clearance in the destination country.
Please research the duty-free limit for parcels from abroad and customs clearance conditions in advance,
as we do not cover customs clearance costs and do not refund customs fees.
Refusing an already shipped parcel due to unwillingness to clear customs means that the shipping costs paid for the order are non-refundable, and the customer will only be refunded for the cost of the goods.
We deliver to all countries worldwide except Russia and Belarus.

PAYMENT
Payment methods for orders:
- full payment.
- payment upon receipt with a deposit of 260 UAH for delivery (in case of parcel refusal, the deposit is non-refundable as we pay this amount for round-trip parcel transit)
Please note:
Nova Poshta charges a commission for money transfer: 20 UAH + 2% of the cash-on-delivery amount.
The commission is paid by the recipient. The parcel is stored for 5 days from the date of arrival at the branch. On the 6th day, the parcel is automatically returned to the sender.
